Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping ranges by region

• Australia: 3-8 business days after dispatch.

Carriers

We may use Australia Post, Aramex, UPS, DHL, or another reliable carrier depending on destination and parcel type.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Split shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items ship from different locations or become available at different times. You will receive tracking updates for each shipment where available.

Delivery may take longer during sale periods, holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
