Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, Australia only.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

No, all orders ship and stay within Australia.

What's your return window?

30 days from delivery, risk-free, you can use it before deciding.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you are returning your item/s within the 30 day risk free trial then no payment is required.

How long do refunds take once approved?

Typically 5-10 business days after approval (bank dependent).

Does the Hot Brush really replace my wax or pomade?

For most guys, yes, the heat and shape hold without added product.

What's the warranty?

Every Virroc Hot Brush is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What's covered: Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.


What's not covered: Damage from misuse, drops, water exposure beyond the charging port, or normal wear on the charging cable.


How to claim: Email hi@thevirroc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll confirm next steps within 24-72 hours.

45 minutes on a full charge.

How do I care for my Hot Brush?

Let the plate cool fully before storing. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep the charging port dry. No products are needed for use or maintenance.
